Legal information

This page explains what happens to the information you send us, the terms under which we quote and supply casket handles, and how orders are shipped. If anything is unclear, write to us before placing an order.

Privacy policy

When you submit an inquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name and message you provide. That information is used only to answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on an order. It is delivered to our sales mailbox by Web3Forms and is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months so that repeat orders and agreed specifications can be traced. You may ask us to correct or delete your records at any time by writing to [email protected]. This site uses no advertising trackers; any analytics we run is aggregated and cookieless.

Terms of sale

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and exclude tooling unless itemised. Orders are confirmed by a signed proforma invoice; production starts after the deposit is received. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading, and can be agreed differently for established accounts.

Tooling remains our property unless it is invoiced separately and paid in full. Handles are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 24 months from the date of shipment, under normal use. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the affected goods; claims must be raised within 30 days of receipt with photographs and the packing list reference.

Shipping and lead times

Samples ship in 5–7 days by DHL or FedEx on a freight-collect basis unless agreed otherwise. Bulk production takes 15–25 days after sample approval, depending on finish and quantity. Shipments leave from Zhongshan or Shenzhen under FOB, CIF or DDP terms as quoted.

Every order ships with a commercial invoice, packing list and, where required, a certificate of origin. Cartons are export-grade, five-layer, foam-separated and palletised; loading photographs are sent before the container is sealed. Transit damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt and photographed for a claim.
